fun fact: Director Herbert Leder is probably most known to cult horror fans for writing 1958′s Fiend Without a Face. He also wrote and directed 1966′s It! starring Roddy McDowall and Jill Haworth (who is great in Tower of Evil from 1972). Leder’s contribution to horror is minor, but worth bringing attention to.
