Splattercast #68: The Train Wreck Episode

trainwreck.jpg

Episode 68 is up.

I tried really hard to keep this episode on the tracks. Unfortunately, with no Jeff or Brady to have my back, I failed miserably. This episode, Deejay explains all the various things that come out of his body, waxes philosophical, calls out Brady, and explains his love for Critters. Steve attempts to explain why he hates good movies, explains his love for Critters, and rags on Jeff. In fact, we all rag on Jeff, because that’s what he deserves for ditching out on his hosting duties and sticking me with a Deejay drunk on Colt .45 and a hostile Steve.

Special thanks go out to the band Joe Hero for submitting their song “Just Like Bruce Campbell Did”.

My apologies to the Japanese, Brady, and all the other listeners who were offended by Deejay in this episode. But I don’t apologize for Jeff. He deserves it. :)

  • I weep for you MaT

  • I weep for me, too :)

  • Funny cast. Nice job, guys.

And the Joe Hero song…it wasn’t bad. I was disappointed, however, that it decided to abandon a hint of early nads in favor of that irritating, pop-punk thing. Nice production quality, though.

  • All I can say is…poor, poor Mat…lol The cast was good guys….you all tripped me out.

  • This show was amazing. Awesomeness for everyone!!! YAY!!

  • I’m bringing my ‘puter back from the dead after a nasty hard drive failure. I can’t wait to listen to this episode when I get up-and-running!

  • This cast was hilarious! And Steve’s choices for which movies do and don’t suck are all over the place…he’s a complicated guy that one ^_^

    DeeJay rules! \m/ ^_^ \m/

  • Sorry Mat but Black Cat was one of my least favorite Masters Of Horror Episodes.

  • Why’s that?

    Stop encouraging Deejay, dammit! :)

  • DeeJay was great. I want to hear what happened when the wife came home at the end of his story from “Ten” (I think it was). I was waiting for the payoff, then Mat interrupted him. I am anxiously awaiting the DeeJay and Steve movie picks show. I really liked the Bruce Campbell song too. I was ready to shuttle through it, but it was pretty good. Another good show.

  • Thanks guys, my liver for your happy
