Splattercast 80: The Linnea Quigley Special
A very happy birthday to Ms. Quigley who has now graced us with half a century on this earth! She’s older than our moms!
In this episode we happily invite Splattercast listener Paul in as a co-host for winning the Splatterpiece Theatre segment. Like the ungracious hosts we are, we talk so much that he barely gets a word in edgewise. Sorry Paul! We also pimp our listener Stuart’s band Black Helium and play his latest single “Consumed With Doom”, click the link to check em out! After that, we delve into the oeuvre of Linnea Quigley with reviews of Sorority Babes in the Slimeball Bowl-O-Rama and Jack-O while Deejay magically appears about half-way through the cast to tell us what he’d like to do to a 50 year old woman.

I want to thank all of the Splattercast guys for allowing me to sit in on the show. It was fun, and it gave me a new respect for how hard podcasting is. They make it look easy, but I kept falling behind. I would think of something to add to the conversation, and they’d be two topics past it. Plus, they’re so quick, at times I felt like my comments brought the show to a screeching halt. Fortunately they’re all pretty cool, and patient. It was also fun that DeeJay could make it for the show. I was surprised by how friendly he was, he really made me feel welcome. Anyway, thanks again guys, and I want to add that my favorite Linnea Quigley movie is “Return of the Living Dead.” I saw it in the theater with my girlfriend at the time, and Linnea was so hot that I came back to see it again later that week just to see her again.
