  but by far my favorite guess is this: Episode 81 is the recording of a deejay intervention that you’ve threatened to make public unless he sobers up quicker than Doc in Back to the Future III

  Since swallows are a migswallowory bird, they are protected by federal and state law. It is illegal to kill or hurt swallows in any way.

  If it makes you feel any better, we were in the middle of shooting and had no idea that one of our actors had walked all the way back to the house for the pellet gun. We didn’t even know he was doing it until we heard the gun go off and swallows started dropping.

  Now I hate swallows even more

  I’m sure you guys don’t care at this point, but I just shut off Splattercast #82 after your tales of bird-murdering. That is a really shitty thing to do. As someone who just returned from a deployment with the Emergency Animal Rescue Service to flooded sections of the Midwest, I have to say that hearing your laughs over the dead birds was really not cool. Maybe in the future you want to keep immature, ignorant remarks like that to yourself, hmm?
