This week, we read through some listener submitted dissertations of our show, review a new low-budget suckfest called Chronicles of an Exorcism, begin a new segment where we discuss the best horror films of each decade and then give the people what they’ve been waiting for: the naming of the Deadlantern mascot (?)
You wanted show prep. Now be content with boredom over humor

Enjoyed this episode, but it sounded like you guys weren’t having fun while you were recording it, which makes me sad! I feel like the kid that got the sweets she was begging her parents for, and ate too many and made herself sick.
By the way, you totally should have called the owl The Grand Hooter! What a quality name - who suggested that? They deserve a prize.

I thought it felt like the good ol’ episodes waaaaayy back when, when you reviewed shit like Invasion Arizona and Video Violence. Show prep anit bad. At the same time, some of the best eps have been the ones where you just ramble, like Ep. 68.

Keep in mind that Spooky and I are usually drunk as well. We just have better control over ourselves.

One of my favorite episodes was The Howling episode. Watch more terrible movies with a ton of terrible sequels. That episode was great.
