I’ll never understand all the BD bashing, it’s like once they got huge it became the “cool” thing to do. It seems pretty shitty of you to continue to make insults after they obviously appreciate other horror sites and wrote you that letter. Bottom line, if you think they’re doing it wrong… do it right and prove it. I got into your show from Drunken Zombie, and I think i’ll be going back and listening to them instead where I don’t get whiny critiques of other horror sites.

I do, however, stand by my statement that sites with hyphens in their names are almost always terrible

Good Splattercast. No thoughts on the ‘Stooge’ character from the first Night of the Demons? Along with the great Larry Zerner from F13 part 3, that guy was a standout among overweight 80’s horror characters. You should do a “fat guy in horror movies” special to honor the pudgy men of horror, as there are surprisingly few. I would also enjoy a count of when the overweight horror guy either laments being fat, or is eating something and manages to get it smeared all around his mouth.
Bonus hack comedian observational humor: If the fat guy is somehow completely unable to guide a candy bar or spare ribs into his mouth, how did he get fat in the first place? *groans*
