  I can answer the Rec 2 question,, Every year in Austin,TX
  they have Fantastic Fest were they show horror and Sci fi and Anime movies. They always show movies way before they come out. They showed Rec 2 last year. He also saw The Host a year before it came out and I saw Hostel about 6 months before it was released. Its worth flying down here to check out.
