Everyone knows about Horrorphilia’s upcoming loss to us in the Wishmaster Cast Battle, but what you probably don’t know is that, well, they actually exist. That’s right, we’re not making it up, it’s an actual “podcast”. I know, you all that it was just a dumb joke we were playing on you. We decided a while back to steal their 3 listeners by allowing them to review Outpost Doom. Because they need the spotlight on their shitty podcast, and the fact that they are like hungry dogs begging for our table scraps, they decided to dedicate an entire show to us. Yeah, that’s right, in the midst of our battle, they felt the need to slurp us with free press (bad publicity is still good publicity!).
Their show is up now.
I’m not going to listen to this episode because no Texan or Swede is even qualified on any level to discuss horror, so why bother? But there it is for those of you who are curious.
I notice in the show notes that they claim to read an “e-mail” from me. That’s weird, cuz I just got one from Borp and Gonzo that I’m going to read on next week’s show….
Oh, and Deejay is all about capitalism (except when he’s being a socialist and funding our moviemaking adventures at a loss) and wants me to remind all of you that you can rent The Grand Horror, or buy it, from Amazon.com

I’ve been battling a nasty stomach virus today, but rather than waste it, I’ve been doing something productive: finalizing the DVD extras for Outpost Doom.
Here is a list of finalized extras. The only thing that will change is a possible extra Easter egg, or two:
That’s a pretty stacked DVD, right? The documentary, deleted scenes, and featurette add up to over an hour of additional footage and if you still can’t get enough, the commentary tracks should keep you busy. I actually despise Easter eggs, but this particular one is so funny and embarrassing that I want you to have to work to find it
We’re shooting for an April DVD release. Odds are it’ll be $9.95, or something. All proceeds go towards our next film which we are currently writing. It’s going to be an anthology.

We’re done. T.J. is currently at work on the key art. DVD will hopefully be out by the end of April.

I’ve just posted a 36 minute video of our adventures to the Drunken Zombie Film Festival. It’s chock full of road footage, interviews with filmmakers such as the Italian Zombie Movie guys (and gal), Drunken Zombie guy footage, and last but not least, you’ll get to see some sneak peak Outpost Doom footage.

I know many of you are anxiously awaiting seeing some video from our trip to Peoria. I’m editing it as we speak and should post it tomorrow, but if you just need some sort of fix before hearing about our adventures on tonight’s Splattercast, I’ve posted some pics on flickr. The photos are of fans, filmmakers, and podcasters.
