Who nominates the nominees? I see there’s a best horror podcast category, best horror blog, etc and I have a few nominees in mind…

The fine folks at Deadlantern.com select the nominees. The public then selects the winner via vote.

I cannot believe that Black Devil Doll isn’t a nominee for best No To Low Budget. Looks like it was shot for Jack and Shit, but its 100 times more entertaining than anything you nominated. It at least should have been in the Best Breast category! And for sure best villain for the doll!

Watched it with some rum and cokes and a room full of friends last weekend, it is the ultimate drunken party film.

Maybe you need a Best Drunken Party Film category.

Kudos for giving House Of The Devil the love it deserves, my favorite of the year hands down.

Black Devil Doll is a piece of shit. No offense, but if you have to get drunk to enjoy a film, then it really isn’t the kind of movie that should be earning awards :)

but that’s just my opinion, lol

I laughed at the preview for BDD the first time I saw it. But I was at a film festival, and that preview was featured…. and after the fourth or fifth time, I never felt the need to see the film itself….
